I lave this board it helps to keep the dugout organized and on track, especially for travel ball. The only drawbacks are the board is relatively small, and it does not come with a dry erase marker/clip for dry erase marker. Also it would be great of they offer a service to print the name tags with the players names, but I just used a label maker.
This was my third one for different teams. It's the quickest and easiest way to keep track of what is going on, make changes, and the girls have no problem understanding it.
The board we got has helped keep everything organized and all of the players where to go. I would recommend this to any youth coach that wants to move his position players around throughout a game.
We were so happy with our dugout board, that we bought another our other team. Well made and great design! Love that it comes with a bag.
