Return & Exchange Policy

Because the majority of our products are custom-made to order, we do not accept returns or refunds for any reason other than an issue on our end.

Exchanges

We are happy to offer an exchange if your order meets one of the following conditions:

  • The item arrived damaged

  • The item was lost during shipping

  • You received the wrong item

To be eligible for an exchange, you must contact us within 15 days of the delivery date.

How to Request an Exchange

Please email us at info@dugoutboards.com with:

  • Your order number

  • A brief description of the issue

  • Photos of the damaged or incorrect item (if applicable)

Once your request is reviewed and approved, we will arrange for a replacement to be sent as quickly as possible.

Important Notes

  • We do not accept returns or exchanges for errors made during customization (such as incorrect names, colors, or details submitted at checkout).

  • Exchanges requested after 15 days from delivery will not be accepted.

  • Shipping times for replacement items may vary.
