Order Processing & Approval
Many of our products are custom-made to order, while we also offer standard (non-custom) lineup boards and accessories.

Custom products cannot be shipped until the customer has approved the final design. Orders will remain in production until approval is received, and delays in approval will delay shipment.

Standard lineup boards and accessories do not require approval and will be processed immediately.
Processing & Shipping Timeframes

Standard Lineup Boards ship within 1–3 business days from the date of purchase.

Accessories ship within 1–3 business days from the date of purchase.

Custom products ship within 1–3 business days after customer approval.
Processing times do not include shipping transit time.
Shipping Rates & Delivery
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.
Delivery times are estimates only and may vary due to carrier delays, weather conditions, or high-volume shipping periods. We are not responsible for delays once the order has been handed over to the carrier.
Tracking Information
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to become available.
Shipping Responsibility

If an order is damaged, lost in transit, or incorrect due to our error, please contact us within 15 days of delivery, and we will assist with a replacement.

Orders marked as delivered by the carrier but reported missing are not eligible for replacement.

Customers are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address at checkout. Orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer are not eligible for replacement.
